Monique Attinger is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, working with those who want to reduce their oxalate intake. She discovered (after her daughter was diagnosed with an oxalate problem) that lowering oxalate didn't just help her daughter, but helped her too! And yet, the practitioner who had diagnosed her daughter had never recognized any oxalate issue in Monique. As a result of that experience, Monique got involved in the low oxalate world and has been a moderator on the Trying Low Oxalates support group for over a decade. This gives her "feet in the trenches" experience in the pragmatic and every day challenges of low oxalate eating. Monique also brings to her nutrition work all the skills she gained doing business consulting for 20 years, as well as her natural curiosity and desire to understand. It is her unusual mix of interests, training, skills and experience, which allow her to tackle even complex dietary needs. Since 2012, she has been supporting clients to change their health through changing their diet.
